HBA Contractors preconstruction services are comprehensive. We involve key operations members of the project team in the preconstruction process in order to ensure a smooth transition into the construction phase. We have found that this approach to pre-construction positively impacts our ability to provide effective project management services. Each preconstruction team is lead by a vice president and senior estimator who are assisted by an estimator, project manager and a scheduling manager. This same team is also responsible for the construction phase of the project.
